Hi,
I just upgraded to Lion. All seemed to work at first. However the second of my Exchange accounts in Office 2011 remained "not connected". I deleted it an reinstalled it and it does not appear (in preferences it stays yellow). If I use the same logon information with Apple Mail the second account comes up like a charm.
Is there some sort of incompatibility and how to debug this?

Create a new user account for Mac and add the exchange account, check the result:
